Jo started beekeeping in 2018 in memory of her lovely dad Steve. Sadly her Dad didn't get chance to fulfill a dream of keeping bees on his farm so she began in his memory and started training that summer.
She instantly fell in love with honey bees and her hobby quickly grew. A dream, together with passion and hardwork led to honey harvests and making things from the by-products straight from the hive.
